Terms and Conditions

If you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the day you were scheduled to arrive then there is no penalty.

If you cancel your booking within 24hrs from the day you were scheduled to arrive, and we are able to re-sell your room/beds that you had reserved, then there is no penalty. If we are unable to re-sell the room/beds that you had reserved then we will charge your credit card for one night's tariff.

If you no show on the day you were scheduled to arrive, then we will charge your credit card with one night's tariff.
